Centrally located two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath loft with garage located 3 miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Flagstaff Medical Center is 5 minutes away. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites, and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Arizona Snowbowl.
Fully remodeled in 2022 w/high high-speed internet, Samsung Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room and all new appliances. Full-size washer & dryer. Large balcony and very small dog run behind the one-car garage w/direct access.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This loft is above the garage, and there is no living space above or below in a three-home building. The living spaces share no common walls.
We love dogs, and they stay free. We are sorry, but we do not permit cats due to allergies.
