Centrally located 2BR/1.5BA loft w/garage located 3 miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Fully remodeled in Summer 2022 w/high speed internet, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms & living room, updated appliances. Full size washer & dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Snowbowl. Large balcony and small back yard/dog run. One car garage w/direct access .

Slick 2022 remodeled 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full size washer and dryer. The home features a large balcony with Adirondack chairs. Inside the home, you'll find the living room with fireplace and 50" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on; they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair. The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, new 2022 appliances and a dining table w/seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage. The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This loft is above the garage with no living space above or below in a three-home building. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free.
