Enjoy a completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on an idyllic working organic farm. Nearby you can enjoy hiking, skiing, birding, fishing, antiquing and swimming. Open concept first floor with fully equipped kitchen with large eat in island and comfy living area with large TV. Farm stand on site.

Located in lakes region of central NH, 2 hours from Boston, 30 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee & Meredith, Cranmore, Attitash, Loon & Gunstock ski mountains within an hour drive. Access to Squam Lake.

There is an Alexa in the kitchen to listen to music, as well as a fire stick on the living room TV to sign in to your streaming services. There is a ring camera that faces the driveway to ensure the security of the house.

Terrific, quiet, restful house!

Absolutely wonderful, a quintessential New England home. Clean, very comfortable, modern conveniences yet has the perfect feel for its surroundings. Friendly caretaker nearby, we wanted for nothing. Highly recommendeded!

Great House!

house was way above our expectations. The pigs and sheep across street were an added bonus. Roosters, well they are roosters. Neighbors were very nice as well. Comfortable bedding, great kitchen and living room and screen porch. Our friends stayed at another home nearby that was not even close in quality of this one. A definite repeat when we go back. Thank you Kim!
