Spacious 3BD / 2.5BA three-level townhome, with the top two levels for living space. Bottom level is the laundry area for use during your stay. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy sitting on the canal front deck and cocktail porch. There is space for a docked boat, up to 23'.

This charming home is located on the Destin Harbor, conveniently close to everything. Enjoy dining at one of the many restaurants at Harbor Walk, like Harry T's or Dewey Destin's. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk or quick drive from this home. Sink your toes in the sand while working on your tan or watching for playful dolphins. Super convenient area, walking distance to beach. House is tri level, small, but workable. In need of minor repairs, but I will say for the price I was very happy.

Great area in destin to stay. House was clean and just as described. 2 of the bedrooms are a little small so be prepared but overall a great place to stay.

This condo has pros and cons. Pros- the location is awesome. Its close to my fav snorkling spot at Noriego Point. The exterior is nice. It has a composite deck, and a hose that reaches to your boat to rinse it off. The balcony furniture is nice. They have a paddle board and kayak to use. Cons- the inside is in rough shape. You can tell is was done as cheap as possible and not maintained. The ceiling is peeling, counters are crooked, cabinets are broken, sink is loose from the wall, ceiling fan blades are mismatched, floor is so warped I cut my foot on it, and patio furniture is rusted, broken, and torn. There is no flooring at all on the stairs. Flooring is peeling and gapped in spots. Outdoor shower handle is broken. We would not stay here again. It was just too rundown for the money. We will look at the condos beside it though because the location was perfect.

Nice fishing getaway right on the water

Rented the unit as base for fishing from jet skis. Unfortunately a hurricane blew in and we didn't make it to the open ocean, so we fished the bay area. Unit was clean and well represented.

Great location but...

The location is perfect. However, it was marketed as beautiful. All stairs are 2x12 wood, no carpeting just blah. Bathroom exhaust vent above toilet has not been clean. The shower knobs are on backwards. Just felt like everything was thrown together plus the carpet upstairs had stains from bathroom going into bedroom. Its a good location but would never stay again
