The little house was very clean, convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the center of Loveland with interesting restaurants, shops and the Little Miami Bike Trail. The host was very responsive to inquiries and we enjoyed a perfect stay.

Overall very pleased. A couple chairs on back deck appeared slightly damaged but I am sure the owner will take a look and see what can be done with this minor issue.

Seth was nice. We ended up staying at another of Seth’s houses due to mess up with dates (my fault). The house had a strong musty odor. The refrigerator door and dish washer door were not clean. We bought pillows and pillow cases,we didnt want to sleep on pillows provided. The washing machine didn’t work. Other than that it was tolerable.

As the review states. They did not stay at this house. They screwed up their dates and I was able to accommodate them at another location. The house they stayed in is 100 years old with a river rock foundation. It could smell musty, but again, not this house they wrote a review for. Also, I don't know what they mean by the fridge and dishwasher doors weren't clean because they never said anything to me about anything. The house they stayed at, the washing machine definitely works. I feel like this is an older guest who maybe isn't very savvy. I don't even understand the pillow comment? Just didn't like the pillows? I don't know. 2 stars after accommodating their mistake and they are mistaken about things in their review, seems harsh.

This is a delightful cottage in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. It was perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly and professional-communicating with us readily and helpfully.

The house was great. Plenty of room to relax and watch TV, clear of tchotchkes, nice kitchen to all sit and snack, shops, stores, restaurants and fast food all nearby. We walked the neighborhood and found a park nearby to walk at. Our host made sure we had coffee and creamer which was vey nice. Loveland was a great place.
