The convenience of the Pier without the noise! Luxuriate in ocean breezes, and peaceful surroundings. After a long day of sunning, surfing and swimming at the beach return to a cedar-shingled home to enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower, a quiet, spacious 1/2 acre yard for a barbecue on the 2nd-floor deck amidst the bird songs at twilight, catching glimpses at the ocean and occasional boats in the distance!

Bright airy interior, stone fire place in living/kitchen area, outdoor stone fireplace with stone bench for evening fires and roasting s'mores. An assortment of kid amenities: toys, games, books, kid DVDs. House offers Wi-Fi, 50’ smart TV, beach chairs and umbrella. There are two decks-one near the kitchen, one off the second floor for peeks at the ocean, private sunbathing, morning coffee and outdoor meals.

A one-minute walk, brings you to: the boat launch for easy paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing; Monahan's Clam Shack, the famous and delicious RI seafood spot with ice cream, games for kids and a fire pit overlooking the ocean; and Narragansett's spectacular seawall which runs along the ocean. Jog, stroll or bike along the sea wall, reveling in the brilliant ocean at your side. The historic Narragansett Towers and seaside shops are an easy walk along the ocean as is the state-wide favorite, Crazy Burger. Discover ice cream shops, retail stores, the hugely popular Trio and Coast Guard restaurants and all a short walk away! Enjoy an ice cream cone or latte while walking along the beach or sea wall to the comfort and convenience of your own home.
The area is rich with activities for all interests and ages. Bike or walk to morning yoga on Narragansett Town Beach, discover world-famous surfing, deep sea fishing, the area golf courses, or outstanding musical theater at Theater By the Sea (Matunuck 15 min). Gather the family and walk to the twice weekly food trucks at Narragansett beach, enjoy free outdoor movies on the Beach, or pack a picnic for the many concerts, fairs and art shows. Miniature golf and bumper boats are a 3-minute drive and barely 10 minutes away is Galilee where you can wander the fishing docks, buy the freshest possible seafood or hop the ferry to Block Island for a wonderful day trip. Summer event highlights include the South County Hot Air Balloon Festival (Kingston, 15 min.), the bike path, trolley car rides in Narragansett, and, of course, your choice of spectacular beaches in every direction. Narragansett is just 15 minutes to Kingston Train Station with trains to NYC , Boston, Providence (and more). It is also the perfect location for exploring Newport (20 minutes over the spectacular Newport Bridge), one of New England's most famous destinations.

I want to stay here again!!!!

This home is absolutely PERFECT!!!! The location, space, amenities, and best of all the owner.... were fantastic! Our son got married nearby, so this place was perfect for my out of town guests to stay as well as for us to do a quick change! It is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to town, spacious rooms, several decks, beautiful yard, and communicating with the owner was easy and delightful! I totally recommend it! It doesn't get better than this!!!

Dreamy!

Had the most perfect week at this house. Super charming and a lovely sea breeze blows through with all the windows open. Can’t imagine a better location. Very quick and walk to the beach and close / easy to any number of day trips or conveniences in town. Caroline was a wonderful host and super responsive. Already planning my next return.

Perfect week in a gorgeous house

The house was spacious, bright, clean and charming. Caroline wrote back Within 30 minutes every time I needed something and was pleasant and accommodating. We particularly loved the upstairs room with its own deck and glass on all sides and the outside shower! We hope to Return!

Awesome location

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and walkable to Narraganset Pier and Monahans Clam Shack which also has a lovely pier. We had more than enough space and enjoyed the outdoor shower and the updated addition that has the upstairs room and deck that overlooks the yard. The owners were so responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful property-just as described!

Our first trip to Narragansett, RI and it couldn't have been better. This house is well maintained, well appointed yet not overstated so it was easy to feel and make ourselves at home. Perfect location for a brisk walk to Narragansett Town beach and a short drive to Scarborough beach.
