Home has a great home office for two, fiber optic internet along with full cable package (HBO, Showtime, Netflix). Main bedroom has king bed with private bath, other two bedrooms have queen beds with shared bath (double sink).

Home is 15 min to TPC (golf), 30 min to State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl) ,5 min to Desert Ridge Marketplace/High Street & 25 min to Old Town Scottsdale. Great golf and hiking in all directions.

60 Night Minimum Rental @ $325/night Available 5/19/23-8/11/23

Garage has space for one car (owner to keep one car in garage), but driveway can handle two additional cars. Please, no smokers. Heated pool/spa may be available for additional fee.
