About the host
Hosted by Andrew Cieslinski
My wife and I are from Michigan and love everything about it; the beer, the beards, the lakes, and the flannel. We hadn't done much traveling before we started dating, so we took a little adventure in 2014 and moved to San Diego and then Seattle, and now have been to over 30 states. We also accomplished our goal to get to all 7 continents before we turned 30; we have hit South America (Panama, Peru, Argentina), Europe (Ireland, London, Paris, Frankfurt), Africa (Cape Verde), Asia (Indonesia), Australia, and Antarctica. We've had the great fortune to also get to Curacao, Fiji, Tahiti, Banff, and more during this time. We love sharing and hearing all types of travel stories! Our home reflects our passion for traveling, and we hope to share it with you.
I'm a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Public Health and work from home and my wife is a school-based Occupational Therapist. We live about 15 minutes away from the property and are fast to respond to all communications. We hope you love our place!

Why they chose this property
This was our first home. We absolutely love the character of the home and location where we are close to everything. However, as our family (and dogs) grew we needed somewhere with a bit more space. Our move is your gain, as this is one of the nicest homes in the best kept secret neighborhood in Grand Rapids.
What makes this property unique
This house features everything you would expect in a home built in the 1920s: crown molding, laundry shoot, sleek archways, accent molding, and much more. Additionally, unlike most homes in the neighborhood this home has air conditioning for those hot summer (and spring, and fall, and winter because hey, it's Michigan and we don't know what it's going to be like today) days!
