Myself and 2 girlfriends had a fantastic time. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials . I think the bed arrangements might be squishy for more than 3 adults. The view from the cottage is spectacular! We enjoyed the beach chairs to watch fantastic sunsets. The cottage is close to Nye Beach shops and restaurants. No direct beach access, but short walk or drive to beach. Would stay again.

Neat place with beautiful ocean views, comfortable beds, and well stocked rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for space while exploring the area. However, to ensure an honest review. The steep price and excessive rules made the space feel unwelcoming. The keypad instructions provided were contradictory and unhelpful. We googled our way through. Lastly, no one enjoyed the lack of privacy between the bathroom and kitchen.

Loved this place! It had everything we needed for a great stay. From the beautiful, unobstructed ocean view to coffee pods for morning coffee. It's location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops, the beach isn't direct access but easily accessible down the street. Communication with Rian was quick and efficient. Again, a very lovely stay - we can't wait to go back!

This was an excellent place to stay. Very quiet. The whole place was very clean and well furnished. The bed was very large and comfortable. We talked to Rian through email and finally met him. He is nice and very easy to work with. The view! You cannot beat it. You can sit out on the deck or walk a little closer to sit in the chairs on the lawn to see the ocean. Also, the view from the kitchen area is great! It is also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping or the beach. We plan on coming back.

We loved it! Such a wonderful, clean and charming little property! We definitely want to come back again!
The beach access road was about a 5 minute walk from our door, and we loved going down there!
We loved watching the sunset over the ocean each night as we sat at the kitchen table each night!
My husband lived his morning run each day!
We enjoyed the Yachina Head lighthouse, and hiking around the grounds!! It's about 15 minutes from the property.

Amazing location!

Our stay was fantastic! A short walk to the beach, delicious restaurants, and cute shops. In particular we liked the tap house for lunch, the Italian restaurant for dinner, and the cafe next door for breakfast. The condo was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!
