Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few pedals away from some of the most popular trails in Bentonville.
Recently remodeled with the goal of being modern, clean, simple, yet stylish.
Feel free to either kick back on the covered back deck in the evening, hang out at the fire pit visiting with friends or cooking smores, playing on the arcade, or watch a movie on the 85" screen in the garage. Also, just 1 mile from the downtown square ( short bike ride )

A beautiful home with something for everyone

From start to finish our stay was great! Easy communication and check in with the hosts, the house was beautiful and had great space. Our kids loved the arcade games and we loved the amenities.

Perfect place for family getaway

I loved staying at this place for 3 nights for Fall Break with my two tweens - we loved the close proximity to trails- the bike racks downstairs were awesome- the beds were very comfortable and I loved the modern aesthetic - I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again !

Excellent Stay in Bentonville!

This was our first trip (hopefully of many) to Northwest Arkansas and this property was perfect for our family! The home exceeded our expectations, the location was ideal, and the host was polite and prompt. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful Home and nice location

This is a great place to stay especially if you want to walk or bike on the trails near Crystal Bridges. The host really provide everything you could possibly need. This is a great place for family with kids to stay. We were busy with graduation plans but would love to return and enjoy the amazing back porch and yard.

You cannot ask for a better location. Great house and layout, kids loved the downstairs area. Trails are right out your doorstep. Awesome little trail right across the street. You are a minute away from all of Slaughter Penn trails. You are a 12 minute ride from Coller Mtn trails. You are a couple of min ride from downtown. Incredible location and super cool house. Had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Home is very welcoming, our family enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the playground and of course the game room area. We all loved the home- from toddlers, teens and adults. We would stay here again. Quiet neighborhood!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great: very close access to bike trails and restaurants & stores were nearby (but not too close). The owners provided great communication! We would be happy to stay there again.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. There were extra touches like snacks and information on activities and restaurants in the area. The bathroom even offered q-tips and a flat iron. The amenities seem to be well thought out. We would enjoy staying here again if we’re in Bentonville.

The house was perfectly located with quick drive or bike ride to downtown and trails. House toiletries and extras were extremely thought out, probably the best we've had at a rental! The swing set was perfect for our littlest. Loved the deck, quiet area to relax. Our family loved it! Quick and friendly responses from the owners. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

I brought 2 adult kids and 2 grandkids (infants), and the home was perfect. There were baby items to use, comfy beds/bedding, perfect spaces for gathering, snacks, and toiletries. I mentioned to the host that all our coffee pods were decaf, and that night they delivered a variety of pods to the door! Location is excellent, too. We loved it!

This home was clean, a great location to get on the bike paths and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a advertised- great kitchen with lots of appliances and good coffee accessories. Nice decks for relaxing and watching the birds. Just had 2 deer walk through the front yard. Comfortable beds, great showers. We would most definitely rent again.

Wedding weekend

We stayed her for a long weekend for our son’s wedding. It was close to everything! The living area was perfect for relaxing between events, with plenty of room for family to join us. It was too cold be outside so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered patio or deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to my questions ahead of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!
