This was a great home to gather with our family. There was plenty of room for all. The downstairs game room had something for everyone. It was a great space for quality time with family. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen to prepare our family favorites. It was nice to have use of the garage with the rainy weather. Wow! This house is fabulous! Very well done & attention to detail and ready to serve their guests! We had a group of 10 women stay together in this house! It was perfect with the amount of beds, bathrooms, eating and relaxing areas and we even enjoyed eating lunch on the deck! The owners were fabulous also! Very clean house that met our needs. Easy to locate, easy entry and enjoyed the pool table that converted to ping pong, and the additional board games at night. Loved the deck for meals and the different seating areas in the house. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location & Fantastic Space

This property is in a great location. It is well-maintained and perfect for a group of friends or extended family. We especially enjoyed spending time downstairs around the pool table and bar area. Plus, the upstairs kitchen and living area were open so we could enjoy conversation while cooking and watching TV. The hosts were very responsive to questions and issues. Our home has the perfect location for girls/guys weekends, family gatherings, vacations, and corporate travel, due to its convenient location in NE/Central Ankeny.

Easy access to I-35 and Highway 69 makes travel to Ames, Altoona, and Des Moines a short drive away. Central location to many attractions and entertainment!

Located on a quiet, low traffic street, in a peaceful neighborhood. Inside our home you will find it very spacious with newer appliances, an awesome game room, and an open floor plan.

We know that getting friends and family together requires space to spend time together (and occasionally time apart). You will find that there is no shortage of space in our home!
