Sunrise Paradise is located in the popular Emerald Beach 1 subdivision and sits on an oversized corner lot with fenced side yard. Inside you will find an open living and kitchen are so all can gather together for meal or movie night. 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with Tv's. See and hear the ocean from the large deck while enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee. From the back deck, accessible from the dining room and the primary suite, you can take in the sunset. Back deck also features a second staircase that leads to the fenced side yard with built in fire pit and easy access for pets. Sunrise Paradise is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, in minutes you can enjoy sun, sand and fun!

Corner lot with a fenced area for your pups. Short walking distance to the beach. Clean and updated home. The kitchen had good dishes and utensils needed. We will be back, highly recommend this home.

I was very disappointed when we arrived the cabin stunk like WET DOG, and there was dog hair everywhere. It looked like it had not been vacuumed and not all the beds had linens on them. It was almost like the cleaning people had to leave and forgot to come back and finish it. Other than the cleaning issues it’s a GREAT cabin and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely rent it again.
