Front Row to the 4th of July Lake Hamilton Firework show. Enjoy Lake Hamilton with gorgeous unobstructed lake views from our 2-tier balconies and outdoor sitting areas. This completely renovated home with modern décor, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in the scenic Ouachita Mountains on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Open living room concept with dining area and breakfast nook. Exquisite bar, perfect for entertaining! Outside gazebo setup for barbecuing and outdoor dining. The house is located on a large lot with plenty of grass and seating. Large open kitchen with island that has room for everyone that is perfect for cooking, entertaining with all new gas appliances. The Family room off of the kitchen, has a pool table, tv and sofa bed. Ensuite on the primary floor has a queen bed with a private bathroom and shower. Third bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds that include 3 twin beds. Sofa Beds in the family room and living room. Laundry Room with New Washer and Dryer. Primary Suite has a king bed that is located downstairs with no other rooms that includes a coffee station/ wet bar, sofa bed, sitting area and nook. Lake views from the comfort of your bed. Spa like primary bathroom with tub, separate shower with rain shower faucet and body sprays. Balconies with outdoor sitting areas for your enjoyment!

Two Boat Slips and Fishing Dock. Enjoy fishing from the convenience of the dock and back yard. Enjoy the lake activity and serene sunrises from your oversized private balconies providing the best views on Lake Hamilton. You can be right on the waterfront enjoying incredible 180° views of Lake Hamilton. Bring your boat or rent one and you can drive to several Lake side restaurants. Lake levels on Lake Hamilton are lower from November 1st until March, but we are on the main channel and have year round water. This lovely home leaves nothing to be desired. Activities and Things To Do:Within minutes, you can reach Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and many other attractions.Hot Springs offers many fine restaurants, shopping, entertainment, crystal mines and biking trails.Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino is located minutes away and offers live music, spa services and many dining options.Oaklawn Park is a world-class thoroughbred racing course which hosts live racing.Activities available in close proximity for children and families may include mini golf, go karts, Magic Springs Theme and Water Park, Arkansas Alligator Park and Petting Zoo.

House was great. My two kids and I visited Hot Springs for the first time and the location was great to explore the National Park and then come home to those beautiful views of the lake. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the pool table was a perfect place to hang out. Very responsive hosts!

The house and view are beautiful! We appreciated all of the decor in the house and found the space large enough for our group while also being very relaxing with room to spread out. The area was very quiet, the kids loved the fishing, and we were 15-20 minutes from most of our destinations. My only complaints would be a lack of silverware (we were still short forks when washing after every meal), the fridge ice/water not working (we notified the host but didn’t hear much on this), and a box spring in lieu of a mattress for the trundle bed.
