POSH is located directly across from the 11th Street public beach access. Wake up to ocean views in the huge front living room. Hunt for shells and watch the sun rise over the fishing pier. Take a dip in the heated pool & relax on one of 4 balconies.
The area is popular with families in the summer & even more magical in the winter, when you can have the entire beach to yourself.

This home was built for extended families to enjoy.
The great room -- which is on the top floor for the best ocean views -- is large enough for everyone to dine together. Same thing for the backyard/pool area, which is designed for gathering. And with 4 private decks, a second living room/kitchenette, and generous bedrooms, there are also plenty of private areas to get away when you need some space to relax.
