About this property

This large family gathering place is perfect for the family trip to Cedar Point and Lake Erie shores! Nickel Plate Beach is 5 minutes away. We are also about 10 minutes from Kalahari and 10 minutes from Cedar Point's Sports Center and Sports Force Park.

With a hot tub in the back yard, large full sized dining room; large living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The back of the house has a large deck, propane grill, and fire pit.

All linen and towels are provided.

There is a full kitchen with most kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware provided. A Keurig coffee maker and traditional drip coffee maker are provided. A large dining table and seating area makes gathering for a meal very favorable.

This house has a large driveway for multiple cars and for boat parking. It is also very close to many local restaurants and bars.

The fenced in backyard features a full patio set, firepit, and chairs to gather. There is also a 4-person hot tub.

Home is spread out on two levels. Bedroom 1 is on level one, and all other bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two-steps up to enter the home through the front door.

Washer and Dryer are available for use.

There is a grill available for use in the backyard. We provide a propane tank, but we do not provide propane as there is no way for us to monitor usage. The tank can be refilled at a nearby store just a few minutes away.

We do have neighbors on both sides of the home, so please keep noise levels down in the evening.

This is an awesome property with large open spaces. It's great for hosting family gatherings and get-togethers. Located just a few minutes from Nickel-plate Beach and a twenty minute straight shot to Cedar Point!
