The Vrbo is everything a Vrbo should be! Pet friendly, kid friendly, stocked with things you actually need. Amazing place, I will compare every Vrbo in the future to this one!
This was an awesome place to stay. We ordered pizza and played cards and felt right at home. The beds were comfy and it was a quick drive to Mankato. Thank you for being great hosts. We would highly recommend to others.
The house was clean cute and in the perfect location for our stay. The owner was easy to connect with and helped us with a special accommodation. We would highly recommend this rental!
We came to Minnesota to participate in the Mud Run. The Lodge had lots of space and everything you would need. We loved sitting on frontvporch relaxing.
We stayed in St. Peter for a wedding and this property was perfect. As advertised, would definitely recommend to friends.

We stayed here for a wedding in town and it was great for the two families to stay at. They were very accommodating and let us drop off our bags early before the wedding.
We had 14 of us visiting Gustavus college and we all fit comfortably. Cooked ourselves a lovely dinner and had plenty of space and everything we needed for the whole family. Would for sure book again.
Perfect home for relaxing and enjoying meals together. Close to Gustavus campus and walking distance to downtown. Lots of beds and room to spread out. Enjoyed our time together!
We had a very nice time at your location. Great location for the wedding venue. A little smaller than I was expecting but worked well for our group. Pillows are quite hard…just an FYI for future guests.

The house was clean and well-located. Check-in instructions were clear, WiFi was available, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There is no double Murphy bed on the first floor, as noted in the house description. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a thin mattress Not great sleeping options if you are traveling with older parents who cannot navigate steep stairs.
I was in town for a wedding and needed a place that allowed dogs. The owner was awesome and had multiple dog friendly items in the house. It was just 5 of us that ended up staying (and two dogs) but there was plenty of room for everyone including my 89 year old Mom who loved having her own main floor bedroom and bathroom. I love older homes and this one had a 3rd floor tucked away that would be perfect for kids. Beautiful birds eye view. The home was clean, well maintained, very quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I will keep this place in mind for future stays next time I'm in St. Peter!
We were in town for my sons wedding and wanted a dog friendly place to stay. The Lodge was absolutely amazing and has so much charm! There were 11 adults and 3 dogs for the weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was filled with everything we could have needed from coffee to shampoo. Highly recommend!!
Since our family is spread out (Alaska, New York, Kentucky) it's good to get together and be able to sit around kitchen table and talk. Had time to spend with Minnesota family also. GREAT weather for July!
Very convenient to the park.
Hot water does get to the upstairs bathroom!
Could use a night light in the bathroom.
Some commented on how firm the mattress were.
Thanks
Nice property, I would want people to know that the 3 Queen bedrooms are nice, one of them has pass through to the other bedroom in the attic, so something to consider if people are staying in that area, privacy becomes a concern. If you choose to use the (double bed) bedroom on the main floor, be aware that that is the only bathroom on the main floor, so again privacy is a concern. Ideally this is a 3 bedroom house for practical purposes, with kids and family maybe not as much of an issue.
We enjoyed the time that we were there will the ability to visit and play games. The weather was not cooperative and we had to place a bucket in the middle of the living room floor due to rain leaking in. Other than that everything was great.

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will surely take care of this right away.
We weren't at the property very much, but it met our needs well and had amenities I would definitely appreciate even more if I returned for a longer trip or did more in the house. It had a host of choices for areas to hang out in comfy chairs as a group, circle up around the same table, tvs in rooms, quality wifi. We didn't need to communicate with the property manager during our stay since no issues came up, but they were great about providing all necessary info ahead of time. Our main destination was Mankato, which is a short drive away, but there's also gas stations and fast food closely located - we didn't visit anywhere else and I wasn't paying close attention.
The house was perfect for our quick 2-day sisters vacation. The weather was hot, and there was no air-conditioning in the house (except for maybe one livingroom?). Every room had a fan, so that helped us sleep comfortably. The third floor was uncomfortably hot, but there was a portable air-conditioner that we used to cool it down a bit.
All five of us sisters are 60+ in age, so the stairs had to be maneuvered carefully.
All-in-all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this place again if we decide to meet in St. Peter!

The guests did not set or touch the AC. They could have set it to 68 if they want it cool

This house is old and needs work. To say it has two bathrooms is only true if no one uses the main floor bedroom. There is so much furniture it is hard to walk around. The staircase is dangerous and loud. Not sure why they spent all that money on solar when the structure need so much work. To access 4 of the beds, you have to go through one of the other bedrooms. Only half of the driveway is available as there are renters over the garage. No use of the garage. It is pet friendly. They did provide plenty of air conditioners. Besides the old carpet, it was fairly clean. It is pricey for all of the flaws. Probably to pay for the electricity all of the of the portable air conditioners running. No back yard and trashy. The front yard is full of stuff. It is across from the park
