I had a great time at my stay however, after the booking the owner tried to get us to pay an extra fee for having a dog on the property. We were there for a bachelor party and did not have a dog! Other than that we had a great time at the pad. I wish the owner would have communicated with me more before trying to charge me 150 for something I did not do!

Location was awesome and hosts were very responsive to any questions. Parking can be challenging and there are a few nit picky things mostly regarding updating the house but overall it’s a great place, literally you could walk to everything. Me and the kids had a great time.
Great location...walk to everything.....(was bummed coffee maker didn't work) Could use some little upgrades but overall great little place to stay at the beach
Our beoup of 8, 2 families, had an amazing time. Super short walk to the beach and right in the middle of all the PB fun. Excellent restaurants just a block away. We paid extra for the garage access and it was definitely worth it for peace of mind (and bike storage!) though there was often an open spot on the street nearby. We will definitely try to book again for a future trip.
Lots of sunsets and beach walk. Did the zoo 10 miles away. They do need some casserole dishes and mixing bowls. We’re were there over Christmas so we cooked. We made do.
The check-in process was very smooth. The property managers communicate very well. This property is located close to the Main Street restaurants and bars. As for the kitchen, you may need to bring your own larger pots and pans. The main challenge with this property is parking. You will constantly have to look for parking and drive around the neighborhood multiple times if you don’t request access to the garage. Other than that, it fit our needs for two adult couples and two children.

Overall good
The property is in a loud part of Pacific Beach next to the bars so at night we could hear a lot of partying. The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. We had to ask for clean sheets for the master because the sheet wasn’t super clean.
Check in was fast and efficient. Location gets 5 stars! Communication gets 5 stars! The condo itself is old and while alot of modern updates have been completed there's still room for improvements. The condo has what could be great windows but the views from all areas are not appealing so we kept the curtains closed the whole time. The kitchen was good with everything we needed for cooking. The bathrooms would get 5 stars but, the upstairs one got clogged once (hence the plunger left there) and the bath floor is chipping, needs an update.Items that would help travelers a great deal is having a lot more hangers and a place to put our luggage on, we had to place suitcases on the floor and constantly bend down to get into it (perhaps a luggage rack or small table in each room) would make a significant difference.
