This is our 4th year at this house! The host is amazing! She is so friendly, accommodating, and the house location etc could not be better! We feel so comfortable here, very clean and quiet, and about 75 steps to the sand. It's perfect!

The location is great. So close to the beach, walking path, places to eat, attractions. The house is a perfect beachy cottage and nicely decorated, and a good floorplan for seating and flow of guests. Having only one door to lock up and get in took a little figuring out. No air conditioning, which normally wouldn't be an issue in San Diego but there was heat wave so our first 2 nights were a bit uncomfortable even with fans going. The kitchen cabinetry is old but has lots of tools and supplies for meal prep. Overall a good stay and super location.

We had a great time with our adult kids, their spouses and the two grandchildren. Great location between the beach and the bay. There is a beach umbrella that we didn’t locate until the day we left (behind the grill) Several boogie boards, towels and a couple beach chairs. Not to far from a Trader Joe’s.

Fantastic property, with the perfect location. Property had all the right amenities for our family of 6 to enjoy mission Beach: Beach supplies and a wagon, easy parking, stocked kitchen, grill and outdoor dining, and nice TVs. Would definitely stay here again!

This property location is excellent, with its proximity to the beach, bars, restaurants, and Belmont Park, yet being in a relatively quiet beach neighborhood, very peaceful at night. It is a nicely updated place with a well equipped kitchen. The garage with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. was a great plus, and it fit our minivan perfectly. And there was an additional exterior parking spot! Rachel, our host, was communicative and accommodating; e.g., she allowed us to check in earlier than the normal time, which was very helpful to us. We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Location

Great stay steps from the beach. Outdoor space, with fireplace, was perfect for the cool San Diego nights and although not large the house had everything my family of 5 needed for a perfect few days in SD. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, comfortable.

Enjoyed the location close to the beach, Belmont and the Plunge. Great parking with garage and space provided. Rooms are good size and property manager is extremely responsive. Second year at this property.
