TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The host canceled my reservation the day off at the exact time my flight landed. She left no reason for cancellation. When I reached out to her after getting the cancellation notification, she did not respond to me even after multiple contact attempts. I am disappointed. (If you all do not let me leave my honest review I will escalate this, thank you)
