The view from this condo was heavenly! It was a great condo for easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was cool and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were several cosmetic issues such as a broken shower head, corner of the wall was broken and the glass door to the balcony was cracked. The view was fantastic and the gated entry kept the beach less crowded.

Amazing stay

Super easy check in (through the Vacasa app). I was given a the code to the door & gate the day before and we arrived around 6 the day of. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the balcony facing the beach, too. This place will be a repeat for us!

The beach was easy to get to through out the day, just a short walk. Same thing with Peg Leg Pete’s across the street. We rarely got in the car once the vacation started. Cant wait to come back!

Anniversary getaway

The stay was great. We had an excellent time. Everything was close in distance. The pool was refreshing. Only suggestion I would make is, the bed is wayyyy to soft and you have to use the car entrance gate to get off the property. There was no gate key to get out of the door. Other than that it was a great stay and highly recommend.

Beach trip. 😊

The place was just as described and pictured !!!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bar / restaurant was the only thing that bothered us the last night of our stay (Friday night ) ,, but we are light sleepers and like to go to bed fairly early so maybe that probably wouldn’t bother most folks. We old. Lol. Thanks Kay Dobbins.

Beautiful spot for a winter getaway

Unit was clean and easy to get to. View was amazing! Building was very quiet while we were there in mid- December. There is a reserved parking spot in the covered garage but the person in the next spot was using half of ours every time he parked! So we just parked outside - there was plenty of parking. Beach access was very easy - just a short walk. Unit had everything we needed.

Overall nice property. Beach is amazing. Great view. Location is not walkable to the restaurants and shops...parking in that area on weekends is nuts. The biggest thing of note is this is not a "bed and breakfast". No coffee. No coffee filters. No hair dryer. The full kitchen is equipped but be prepared to bring all consumables and the essentials. It is a bit of a drive to the closest grocery store. We couldn't get any of the remotes to work (fans, tvs...). Not sure what was going on with the main TV but there were wires and devices dangling everywhere. But this would not deter me from staying again. Thank you.

Excellent location and views. Furniture is dated and worn. Unit is partially remodeled. Unfortunately, we spotted roaches in the kitchen which we reported. Hopefully an exterminator was contacted.

Great Beach

We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. Crab claws at Peg Legs and Rum Punch are delicious. Will stay again! Owner checking in on us was nice.

Family Friendly Fun!

Our family of five had a great four-day stay and felt completely comfortable. We especially loved the easy access to both the beach and the pool—it never felt crowded, and everyone we met was super friendly. As a bonus, it’s right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s!

A great find!

A nice condo with an amazing view, good value! It had almost everything we needed. For future guests, bring an extra blanket/throw, and salt and pepper. There were seasonings in the very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed! Quality TVs. Very nice bathrooms and shower. Would stay here again!
