The rental was spotless, organized, and stocked for a fun time. They left games, movies, and snacks for enjoying their beautiful, rustic, wooden-paneled home; while the outdoor fire pit, lighting, and seating enticed us to spend an evening outside making s’mores. Mark and Karen were kind, thoughtful, and responsive hosts. We hope to come back for a longer stay!

The photos of the Cozy Cabin just don’t do it justice. The cabin is comfy, clean, and supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and lovely. Our grandsons absolutely enjoyed the loft for its private space and fun toys. We loved the outdoor deck and fire pit! Lastly, Ossipee Lake has been my favorite for many years and the beach club was great. Thank you, Karen, for sharing this gem with us.

We had a great time at the Cozy Cabin! We were there for a wedding, 5 minutes away, so it was very convenient. Everything was clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped for our needs. Check in and check out was easy and straight forward!

Great lake getaway

The Cozy Cabin is a great little spot near Ossipee Lake. The bedrooms and loft are very comfortable, the toys upstairs were a hit, and the outdoor fire pit was great. We love the area, and we’d definitely rent here again.

Ski trip!

We absolutely loved this house! It is the perfect mix of cabin charm and modern convenience. We had two questions during our stay and the hosts were incredibly fast with their responses! Perfect size for 4 adults and 4 children. The only thing nicer than the inside of the house was the outside! Property is surrounded by pine trees and held the fresh falling snow creating a beautiful and relaxing spot to sit next to the fire and enjoy a few drinks after a long day on the mountain. We stayed in February for skiing. It’s 7 minutes to king pine ski area. Our families are already looking forward to next season. Home and hosts are everything you could ask for on a mountain vacation! Our families loved it and I guarantee yours will too!
