About this property

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is in building 200, which is the closest building to the beach. It is less than a 5 minute walk (approximately 400 yards) from our front door to the sandy beaches of Hilton Head! If you don't wish to walk, the Westin Shuttle will pick you up and drop you off. Immediately outside our back screened deck is the smaller pool and the only hot tub for the resort.

The villa includes FREE golf for up to 4 players (18 holes each day). There is no greens fee, but cart fee is mandatory.

The unit has updated bathrooms with a walk-in shower in the master and a tub/shower in the 2nd bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up either as 2 twins or a king. It also has a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has granite countertops and cherry cabinets installed. The wet bar was also has cherry cabinets and granite countertops.

Rental week is Sunday to Sunday however we are willing to negotiate less than full week rentals. A discount will be given for 2 weeks in a row rental.

Check in is at the Westin Resort and guests may use the Westin facilities (beach front pool, indoor pool, health club, etc)

An additional $220 (approximately) cleaning fee for all guests must be paid to the Westin directly upon check in (this includes us, the owners as well!)

Clean, well stocked and maintained. Loved this first floor, one story condo. Screened in back porch was great. Pool steps away and beach five minute walk. Will definitely rent this one again.

Great condo with young kids while enjoying all the Westin amenities!

I was attending a conference at the Westin, who actually own these condos, and the larger space of the condo made our stay in Hilton Head so much more pleasant than a hotel room. We had bikes delivered to the condo and is a quick and easy 5 minute ride to the Westin where we used all the amenities! 3 pools (1 heated), a large hot tub, beach access, restaurants, bar, beach towels ... was perfect! Plus the price is significantly cheaper than the hotel rooms! The condo was updated and very comfortable for my 4 children and I. We used the hot tub immediately behind this unit a few times as well but not the pool because it was not heated. There is also free tennis and golf included which we did not use. The owner, Gail, was super responsive and helpful with questions. Would certainly stay here again.

ocean palms

The property was in great shape with all the amenities we needed. The location is wonderful with the added bonus of inexpensive golf. The owner was easy to deal with and very helpful. We will rent this property again.

Dave and I live in Augusta, GA and try to get to Hilton Head as often as possible but not as much as we would like! We really enjoy our villa and hope you will too!

Why they chose this property

We bought this unit in Ocean Palms for it's location and amenities. We love the beach and the short walk from the front door to the beach was the first reason we bought. Other reasons were the maintenance/ refurbishing schedule, the lower level of our unit, the building our unit was in and the Westin facilities. We love Hilton Head for its unhurried style and relaxing time we have there.

What makes this property unique

What makes our unit so unique is it's location within the complex. Its the closest to the beach and closest to the pool and hot tub. One of our favorite rituals is that I make Low Country Boil for dinner whenever we are there. We also like to take evening walks on the beach while the sun goes down.
