About this property

We originally moved our family here because it's close to our main roads, so it's easy to get anywhere in Nashville, but it has the great feel of a quiet neighborhood with large old trees. We turned our side and back yards into a small oasis in the big city, with year-round greenery and well-lit privacy. Nashville is an amazing place to explore and we know you'll have an incredible time, so make our home your refuge with dark shades, comfortable beds, and generous gathering spaces.

You'll have a room with a king and ensuite bathroom, another room with a king and ensuite bathroom, a queen bed with ensuite, another room with a king bed that shares a hallway bathroom with a room that has two XL twins.

Perfect for a Group

There was 9 of us that stayed in Jeremy's house and it handled us well. The amount of bathrooms were a plus with so many people trying to get ready at the same time.

Awesome Property

Awesome property - spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and pans needed if you plan to cook meals, which we did. The large table is perfect for group participation in the cooking and eating. Large sofa and TV area as well. Beds were comfortable and loved having ensuite bathrooms for 3 of the rooms. Large backyard with a BBQ for warmer days. Jeremy was great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great house for a large group.

The house was super clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very prompt in responding to any inquiries we had. The property is conveniently located to the downtown area. I think my favorite part of the property was the large gated backyard area with a firepit. This property is so close to downtown that you wouldn’t be able to enjoy the outdoor space together without the privacy fence. (We were approached while going to our cars on two occasions by homeless people asking for money - just part of the downtown experience. 🙂) There was also parking space for two cars within the back gated area which made for worry-free parking overnight. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent Nashville house

We were a group of 9 and this house was fantastic. It is better than the photos. Spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable, lots of towels provided. Jeremy the host was so easy to contact and responsive immediately. We appreciated and loved everything about this house. Easy to walk or Uber into downtown Nashville.

Great place for our large group of old friends

This home was perfect for our group of nine. It’s location is convenient and we could park 3 cars, and mostly Ubered for the short ride into the main part of town. The home inside was bright, clean, and roomy with modern appliances. The long table in the kitchen was big enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms all good. The very large wall-mounted TV was great for watching the baseball playoffs in the evening. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended for your Nashville stay.
