Gulf View - Private Beach - Spectacular Views

“Sea Dunes”- A family-friendly house with an unobstructed Gulf view and 100 yards away from the beach. Our home is located in a subdivision called Cabana Beach and only our families and guests can use the beach (Private Beach). Our home is located on the second row of houses. The open floor plan is centered around a large great room with vaulted ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is adjacent to a dining area. Living area has a 55 "TV viewing area with Direct TV cable. Internet is through Mediacom. You can commune with nature by relaxing on the gulf side wrap around deck for plenty of sun or sit on the covered deck overlooking the dunes. House has a separate laundry area combined with a half bath underneath. The enclosed outside shower has hot and cold water. Fishing table with large sink also located underneath the house with extra sitting in the shade. If you get the urge to explore, you can move your car from one of the houses’ 2 covered parking spots and take a short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and local stores and restaurants. Sea Dunes guests can also enjoy a round of golf at the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course, charter a boat at Fort Morgan Marina, play at the Gulf Shores amusement and water park, visit the nearby Fort Morgan Civil War fort, or take a ferry boat ride across the bay to Dauphin Island. Well maintained house is located on Fort Morgan Peninsula.
Beach access located four houses down to unload vehicle. Front view has no
obstructions.

Leave dirty linens on bed. Do not pull off the bed.
Take thrash can down to road - bar facing towards the center of the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved this place. The view was beautiful, both of the ocean and the dunes, and it was so convenient being close to the beach. Very serene even during spring break. Everything was very clean and all went smoothly. We especially appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of the owners. We will be back!

Easy week on the beach

Brought my family four to the beach for a week and this was a great place to stay! Away from the crowds of Gulf Shores, easy access to a private beach, house had everything we needed to relax for a while.

Second Time Around

This was our second time staying at the SeaDunes and it was as good if not better than the first! The location is our favorite in Fort Morgan and the view is amazing. We love how comfortable and cozy the whole place is and the kitchen is well stocked. Mike is really great with communicating and answering any questions you have. We can’t wait to go back!! Great little secret

Wow what a great little beach cottage! Wonderful view...small but comfortable for a family of 4. Very private beach in Fort Morgan. We will definitely rent again (which is truly the best compliment).

You cannot beat the location of this house. The neighborhood is very quiet and it has access to a private beach area just across the street. Waking up every morning and looking out into the Gulf was one of our favorite parts and we cannot wait to go back!

2023 vacation

A yearly vacation is a big deal to us and this property has always been an A+ stay. We’ve been coming here for about 7 years, we book early and won’t consider anything else. It fits our needs in every way. Great property and great owners.

We have enjoyed the house since 1984. Our 2 children, recently graduated from college and were born and raised going to the beach and still love it today.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I have seen beaches all over the world and Gulf Shores is still one of our favorite places. We love the Cabana Beach development on Fort Morgan Peninsula. It's away from the main part of Gulf Shores, but a short drive to all the main attractions.
Very peaceful and secluded from the crowds.

What makes this property unique

The house has great views of the water inside and out. The house is in a private subdivision with a private beach.
