On the first floor of the townhouse is the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living room. The living room features a Smart TV, couch, two sitting chairs and access to the patio that overlooks the landscape and pool area. The laundry room and a powder room are also located on the first floor.

Enjoy the comfortable master suite located on the second floor that has a king sized bed, TV and bathroom and overlooks the pool and landscape. The guest bedroom overlooks the front of the complex has two full sized beds, TV and a private bathroom. This townhome is about 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to many local attractions!

Wonderful Stay

We visit Hilton Head a couple of times a year and have stayed in this area the last several times. We like the walk to the beach and the restaurants within walking distance. The unit was clean with updated everything (I think); kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. My wife enjoyed the walk-in shower in the guest room as she’s having issues with one knee. The temperature was controlled easily. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. One note, the cabinets in the kitchen are high. My wife needed help getting things (glasses) down. The toiletries provided were nice as well as the cleaning items available. Wonderful place to stay. We hope to stay again soon.

Great island getaway

This was the perfect property for our family to connect and enjoy the island of Hilton Head. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, games, and pool. Also, quick bike ride to the beach.

Beautiful design, excellent location

We intentionally stayed here with the knowledge of walking access to both the beach and shops, restaurants. The location can’t be beat. Despite looking over the pool and being in a busier area, it was very quiet and peaceful. The condo appears to be recently updated and decorated beautifully. It provides a relaxing getaway with everything you would want after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The only addition to make it even better would be beach items provided as many other rental locations do. A beach buggy, perhaps some chairs that don’t have to be rented would make this perfection.
