About this property

Crescent Cape -Great location/Family Friendly/Dog Friendly/Private

Centrally located home in a great little neighborhood. Situated on one acre leaving lots of room for outdoor activities. Only 10 minutes to North Conway Center, Cathedral Ledge, Diana’s baths. Close to everything, but still a private and peaceful get away. Multiple spaces to hang in the house helps meet the needs of everyone in your family. Wonderful screened in three season room for warm summer nights or cool fall evenings. Cozy up by the pellet stove in the winter after a day of skiing!

Enter the home through the side door and find a nice space to leave bags and coats after a day in town. Kitchen equipped with standard appliances and is outfitted to cook a full family meal. The home can sleep 8 comfortably and offers 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and two twin beds. The bathroom is on the main level and offers a double vanity and full shower with tub. WiFi is available and we offer YouTube Tv and Disney+ but feel free to login to your own subscriptions via Roku. The main living room is spacious and has a pellet stove. The secondary living room is perfect for the kids to hangout. Washer and dryer can be used at your convenience in the basement. Outdoor space is great for games or cooking on the grill. Take a walk on the path through the woods on the property and have a seat on the bench to unwind.

NOTE: The house is not child proofed although, there is a pack n’ play and high chair available for use.

NOTE: You MUST file for a permit in order to utilize the fire pit. Firewood is not provided, and you can pick up a bundle at most local stores.

NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill, but it is possible you may need to get it refilled. In this case you can bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to roads that can be used to avoid traffic on 16. Plenty of room to spread out inside of the house. Very easy check-in, and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages. Would certainly book again.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed staying at Lindsay’s home. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The location was perfect and was a halfway point between Cranmore and King Pine.

NH stay

We had a nice time in New Hampshire. This house was off the beat and path which was nice but easy to get to town. We enjoyed the recommendations for coffee and food left by the owners. The house was clean and neat and we had everything we needed for a family of 4.

Great location and amazing set up

The house is great for a family or friends gathering. We mostly appreciated the well equipped kitchen to cook for a group of 7. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are big. The only set back is there is only one bathroom but it was not a big deal in the end. It just require a little more planning in the morning.

Sister's getaway

The property was very clean. The hosts were very quick to respond and professional. It was only 5 mins from settler's green and outlet shopping. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy your downtime. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property!
