Very nice location

I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building.

Perfect place to visit old downtown

A short drive to downtown and in the middle of old downtown. Great spot everything in old downtown is in walking distance. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Great Place to Stay in Knoxville!

We loved this beautiful loft in the heart Knoxville. It was a short walk to market square, but so many great places close by as well. We opted to pay to park so that our car was right there.

Located in the heart of the old city and in the life of all the food as soon as you walk out of the door. Had an absolute blast being close to the mill and mine, brother wolf, urban cafe, Hanna’s cafe, also big mentions on food for Fin Two, good golly tamale, and so many others! Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation!

Excellent location for Big Ears, lots of food, beverage, & shopping options just outside. Loft is very nicely appointed and quite cozy, and communication was fairly prompt. The bar next door was quite noisy (party vibes) till 3am on a Wednesday night, so be aware if you’re looking for a quiet zone to relax and disconnect. Entrance isn’t clearly marked with the address, so a little extra detail on that would be helpful/reassuring. Overall a cool look and feel for a short or long stay, as long as you’re looking for a nightlife atmosphere which kinda spills in.

Great place in downtown

We had a lovely stay here over a weekend in Knoxville. The apartment has everything you'd need, and the location can't be beat. Check in and check out were very smooth, and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great Old Town location

Very well appointed, comfortable stay. The owner has this place in great shape and obviously takes pride in renting it. Great communication as well. Parking is a pain but overall very much worth the stay.

This property is very comfortable!! Sofas and beds are very relaxing. Great location!!! So many restaurants and great unique shops! Positive vibe from the community! There was a run going on which was fun! Train is nearby and such a great asset for the kids! We loved seeing and hearing the train. Visually the lift is beautiful. We would stay again! It was a great experience that we will all remember! The people in the area were very friendly and helpful!!
