This Encinitas beach home has 3 bedrooms, onsite washer and dryer, multiple smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities.

All within blocks of an endless selection of restaurants and bars.

Bedroom #1: (Main level) King Bed, Sleeps 2.

Bedroom #2: (Main level) Bunk Beds with sitting area for kids, Smart TV, Sleeps 4. Door connects to Bedroom #1, as well as its own entrance.

Bedroom #3: (Downstairs) Queen size bed, Sleeps 2.

Sleep Area: (Downstairs) Open space with bunkbeds, Sleep 2.

Outdoor area:
Relax in the shade or soak in the sun lounging around! Enjoy the outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and outside bar.

Washer/Dryer on the lower level of home.

Living Areas:
Enjoy the comforts of home in our inviting living space equipped with Big Screen TV. Please no food or drink in the living area.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Dining room table located next to Kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and serving your favorite meals.

This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
