I was raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and moved to Florida over 40 years ago. My career has been in Real Estate with many years of property management. I have lived in the Sumter/Citrus county area for the past 2.5 years after living in Orlando for 40 years. I absolutely love this area and I'm certain that you will too. I'm very much looking forward to hosting guests at the amazing property on the river and making sure their stay is comfortable and memorable.

If you're looking for a private comfortable waterfront setting, this is the vacation home for you. Located in a rural setting with lot's of wildlife and nature, yet close to a variety of cities including Inverness, Crystal River, Wildwood and the Villages, and Orlando. The perfect home away from home.
What makes this property unique
Boat dock for easy launches, fishing in Lake Panasoffkee, picturesque boat ride up the Withlacoochee, firepit in the large back yard, outdoor living in the large screened in back porch w/grill, dining table, futon, rocking chairs... all the amenities of home. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, cream, bagels, english muffins, butter included.
