Located in a characteristic hilly area of the Tiber Valley, the San Sebastiano property consists of a manor house and a small villa connected by a portico, a large warehouse garage, 20m swimming pool with changing room and ancillary rooms and a 2500 m² courtyard garden, all included in the inside a vast plot of over 21 hectares (51 acres), of which about 11 hectares (27 acres) are hundred-year old oak forest and the remainder cultivated partly with fruit and olive orchards and partly as a garden with various ornamental plantings.

Excellent stay in a very beautifull house

We enjoyed our stay in Magliano Sabina very much and the house exceeded out expectations. Very nice house with a large garden and an outrageous pool. The communication with the home owner was excellent.

Tolles Haus, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Gelände und das Haus sind toll, aber ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Reise zurück in die 80‘s. Wir hatten es in der Beschreibung so verstanden das es Klimaanlagen gibt. Leider ist nur ein Schlafzimmer im Nebengebäude damit ausgestattet. Der Hausmeister spricht nur italienisch, ist aber super bemüht und freundlich. Wir würden nicht nochmal dort hinfahren.

It is, of course, disappointing that any stay does not meet or exceed our guests' expectations. IMPORTANT TO NOTE these particular guests invited three (3) additional friends and a pet (all unpaid and not listed on the existing reservation). So the review may perhaps be taken in light of those circumstances and the unusual nature of those who would be disappointed, yet pleased enough to increase their party beyond the terms of the reservation.
