The harbor and town center, with its supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist information office, bus stop, and much more, are just a 2-minute walk away.

It offers the perfect combination of amenities – not too big, but spacious enough, with a garden, parking, a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, and fast Wi-Fi. The property is conveniently located near the promenade, the sea, shops, ATMs, restaurants, tourist information office, and bus stops.

Room layout: Rooms 1 and 2: each with two single beds, access to the terrace, air conditioning, 1st floor. Room 3: double bed, air conditioning, 1st floor. Room 4: double bed and sofa, access to the garden, air conditioning, ground floor.

Notes: Self-check-in and check-out. All guests must present identification in advance. Only registered guests are permitted. Free Wi-Fi. No parking for single-room bookings. No TV, no luggage storage. Access to the upper floor is via an external staircase. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Automatically controlled air conditioning. Hot water via boiler. Outdoor area under video surveillance. Not wheelchair accessible. For house bookings: Parking (max. size: minivan), number of beds depends on the number of guests, unused rooms remain locked. Entrance doors remain unlocked. The host occasionally sleeps on the ground floor in a separate room and uses the bathroom. Double beds are not provided for couples. Guests are liable for any damages. Please close parasols in windy conditions. Do not disconnect electrical devices from the power supply or internet.

You will receive beds according to the number of registered guests. Your booked rooms, as well as the kitchen, terrace, bathroom, outdoor dining area, and garden, are at your disposal. Parking is available on the property (maximum size: minivan). Additional public parking is available in front of the house and above the sports field; fees may apply.

When booking the entire house, we provide a limited number of mountain bikes as a complimentary, voluntary service. There is no general entitlement to these bikes; availability is not guaranteed for all 8 guests and they may be completely unavailable. Therefore, please ensure you inquire about current availability before booking. In the event of unavailability or mechanical defects, there is no claim for a replacement or a price reduction. Use is strictly at your own risk. External local rental shops offer bikes starting at approx. €17.00 (4 hrs) or €20.00–30.00 (8 hrs).
