Renovated Ranch 5 Bed 2 Bth, Open concept. Close to beaches, airport & Portland

This 5 bedroom home has everything you would need for your stay. Luxury linens and towels are provided for each guests. All appliances are brand new stainless steel. The property boast beautiful views of the spacious backyard and 20+ acres of woodland trails. Perfect for X-country or snow shoeing. A short drive to the airport, downtown portland and so many beaches. About 45 mins to ski mountains and tons of hiking and biking trails.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, serving platters, kitchen aid mixer, bowls, plates and glassware. There is an ice maker in the freezer and a bar for all of your libations.

We are looking for families and/or quiet, mature houseguests. No parties or large gatherings please.

Let us know when you are departing via text. Please leave every cord and usb box for each sound machine inside each room!!!!!
Please make sure the ping pong table is clean and dry. TY
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please make sure the coffee maker/kureg and the toaster are NOT plugged into the same outlet. It will trip the breaker and we will have to fix that.

Really beautiful home. We were a group of four women meeting up for a girl’s weekend and this home provided everything we could possibly want. The kitchen and living area are incredibly well stocked, and you feel well cared for. The host was a good communicator and very responsive.The home was spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable and well appointed. Wi-Fi was great, and location to the local towns was super convenient. The airport is only 15 minutes away.

Beautiful home

Amazing! We got there a little early and Bridget allowed us to enter property anyways. She supplied as with all beach chairs, towels etc so we don’t have to pack any of that. Only downside was some living room area didn’t fit all guests, you could hear everything downstairs in the bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting OOB!

Great house!

The first thing our group noticed about this wonderful Scarborough home was how incredibly clean it is! The house is in pristine condition. The home is well appointed, well stocked, and such amazing attention to detail. My elderly parents and two dogs were so comfortable in this lovely home. If stairs are of any concern, this is the house to rent. Two bedrooms and a full bath are on the main level. It’s easily accessible if someone is challenged with mobility. There are 2-3 small steps to enter property but everything else is easy once inside. Our dogs enjoyed the open grounds in the back. It was an easy trip thanks to the perfect accommodations and a gracious owner.

Family Summer Vacation

Bridget was a fantastic host! Everything about this property is family oriented from plenty of guest rooms to a playground for the kids with ample parking for everyone. There is a game room an 5 acres of places to explore. My family of 11 stayed here which consisted of 3 families total and it was spacious. Theproperty is centrally located to beaches, ice cream shops, Portland, Scarborough, and all points along the coast. I can not tell you how amazing Bridget was with our questions, even providing beach towels and toys for the littles in our party. She communicated with us throughout the stay and ladies - can I tell you that she has thought of EVERYTHING imaginable that you could need for your stay from shampp and conditioner to lotion to body wash to hair dryers and hair straiteners! Pony tail holders, bobby pins, face wipes and all amenities! Thank youi Bridget for a great stay! We are already plannign our return to this property for next summer!
