Great place for family of four. Wish we would have had more time to just relax. Underground parking is lower clearance for large cars with carrier on top fyi. Very cute condo. Had everything we needed
1995 called and wants the contract and forms back. Complete debacle in printing, signing and scanning paperwork to get in the place. Amazingly frustrating process. Location is not walkable to Eagle with your kids and gear. What’s with the cold concrete floors? But we liked the place overall. Clean and everything worked. Good fireplace. We’d stay there again, but not for a premium and expect to drive.

Thank you for the kind words. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. The rugs are all over the floors so as to keep out the chill. Wanting to put in new carpeting soon! Also just a note to anyone renting our homes, the rental agreement is emailed to you the day you make the reservation, as stated on our house rules, so there is ample time to return it prior to arrival.
The condo is well appointed and very comfortable with nice extras in the kitchen (foil, lots of plates, cups, spices) but we had enough issues that we will consider other options before booking again.
We found the location great and had no problem with the 5-minute walk to Eagle lodge for 2 days on the mountain.
The decor is lovely, and beds and sofa were comfy. Having the separate bunk beds as opposed to a pull out couch was perfect for our small family.
Our biggest complaint was with paperwork we had to complete to secure the reservation. Though quick, this was handle via email and it felt duplicative since much of the info requested was already listed in VRBO and some was already noted on the form itself. I even had to send a copy of my drivers license. VRBO advises against corresponding outside the platform, so the whole process gave me pause. I’ve never had to do anything like this before.
The other big issue with paperwork was that check in instructions weren’t provided until the last minute via a Word document. What’s worse is there wasn’t one document, but FOUR with no direction as to where to find the information. Dealing with this on a phone with bad internet was frustrating.
A minor detail, but we also didn't love the throw rug solution to help mitigate the cold concrete floors. There are rugs everywhere so you can avoid touching the floor, but they do get bunched up and, in an otherwise well-appointed unit, this felt a little slapdash.
