INSIDE THE HOUSE
Filled with classic, comfortable furniture and designed with the natural surroundings in mind, this property exudes the warmth of a classic mountain chalet. As you enter Quittin’ Time Chalet, you can’t help but notice how bright and welcoming the upscale, open concept main floor is. With a large kitchen, cozy living room, warm dining area, generous third bedroom and full powder room, the main floor is the perfect space to comfortably accommodate large family gatherings.

On the upper level, guests will find a stunning primary bedroom suite and a double bunk bedroom, perfect for families!

LOCATION + AMENITIES
Quittin’ Time Chalet is the perfect Tahoe family getaway in every season! Year-round, guests can book incredible activities in the area including those at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort and the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse. With incredible facilities for winter and summer, two casual restaurants and lots of amenities just minutes away from the property, no matter when you stay at Quittin’ Time Chalet, you can find everything you need without having to venture away from the peaceful neighborhood!

- There is a per person, per day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the TDA website for details: https://www.tahoedonner.com/amenities/
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- Property has security camera in front of the house looking onto the driveway

Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.

*Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old*

Great house for ski weekend

We had two families stay at this house. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Management was very responsive and check in process was simple. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very dusty on blinds and the smell of smoke or water damage

Enjoyed the views and slept like a rock however the stench was overwhelming even after the windows were opened. Not all homes get rented regularly (im guessing this is why) and i guess thats a blessing to have many choices however the smell of dead rodents or water damage was unfortunate.

Wonderful Stay!

This was one of the nicest stays that we've had at a vacation rental.The place was great! I wish we had stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very organized, and most importantly - extremely clean. Amazing location too.

Loved it 💕

This home is amazing, we loved the open concept, spending time in the kitchen cooking, enjoying drinks, and just having a good time. The bedroom on the first floor was great for my parents as there is a full bathroom right across, we and the kids were upstairs where everyone had their own bathroom. Easy access to everything and we can't wait to visit in the summer to stay on the deck, it's huge. Thank you Tahoe Signature Properties for a great stay!
