Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful condo in the PGA Villages where I could stay with my dog and visit friends in the area. Close to everything! Kim was always available when I had a question and quick. to respond. The only thing I would suggest is to try to get the association to have 1 parking spot reserved for each condo as it fills up quickly in the evening.

Great Stay Disappointed in ending

After my husband and I checked out, I received a message that the cleaning person found pink stained hand towels in the dryer. We left nothing in the dryer. When I asked Kim to please send a picture of the towels, and count them to assure they belonged to her unit, she did not reply nor send pictures yet charged me $30.00. This was quite disappointing as we were blamed for something with no evidence nor towels counted to see if they were ours. Communication is key and at the end of our trip it was void.

9217 was very good.

As advertised. Kim responded timely 👌. Note to Kim: coffee maker needs replacement Won't respond to programming but makes coffee if loaded and plugged in. A dish strainer would be great. Overall a great stay. Thank you
