Beautiful 5th floor 2 bed, 2.5 bath beachfront unit has been fully remodeled December 2022! We are excited about the new look and upgrades to this unit with a contemporary decor.

The unit has a large kitchen with an island and granite countertops. As part of the remodel, the kitchen has all new dishware, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Keurig coffee maker, and anything you would need to prepare your favorite beach meals.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, a 65" Smart TV and a stunning view of the Gulf!

The dining area has dining room table with 4 chairs.

This two-bedroom unit has two King Suites!

The Master King Suite is furnished with a king-sized bed. You will sleep in blissful comfort, and completely stress free on the Puffy Luxe Hybrid mattress. The mattress has a cooling cloud designed for optimal temperature and is rated Americas most comfortable mattress. The master suite has a 65" 4K UHD Smart TV. Enjoy the master bedroom’s private balcony entrance with a beautiful view of the beach. The Master King Suite transitions to a double vanity area and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom was also part of the remodel and now has a large tile and glass walk in shower!

The Guest King Suite has a king-sized bed with a Puffy mattress for your total comfort. The Guest King Suite transitions to a large vanity area and has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The TV is a 50" 4K UHD Smart TV

In addition, the unit has a half bathroom in the common area.

Enjoy stunning views of the beach from a large Gulf front balcony. Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the comfortable counter-height chairs while you take in the beautiful Gulf views or dine at the counter-height table and chairs.

The unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Enjoy all the amenities of Admiral's Quarters-large indoor pool with jetted seating area, fully equipped fitness center, sauna, and Gulf front outdoor pool and deck area. The property location along Perdido Beach Boulevard is near both Publix and Wal-Mart Marketplace as well as numerous restaurants and shopping.

Another benefit of the AQ is it is located 0.6 miles from Alabama’s Gulf State Park’s Cotton-Bayou entrance of the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. The Park is a true hidden gem that has 28 miles of paved running, walking and biking trails with nine different ecosystems.
Being Marathon Runners and Triathletes who love to train on vacation, this Trail is a huge asset!!

AQ 503 Parking has unassigned spaces on the first and second floor parking areas. You will be provided parking passes for two vehicles.
