Oceanfront Sea Colony Resort Condo, 3 BR sleeps 8

Enjoy the new sleeper sofa and loveseat and the new adjustable queen bed in the MBR that will prop you up as you enjoy the view of the surf. Beachfront 3 bedroom with unblocked ocean view at Sea Colony, a premier resort with many free amenities. Same view as a dune top cottage. High enough for privacy but not eerie. Covered parking. On the second floor of Island House, the newest building on the beach at Sea Colony. Just one easy flight to the promenade/pools/beach level (elevators are available but stairs are closer). 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts including some soft surface and 6 indoor courts (always one of the top rated tennis resorts in the world), 12 pools (2 indoor), 2 fitness centers, many new dedicated pickleball courts, splash park, new outdoor jacuzzi, walking trails, surf fishing, and in summer many planned camp-type activities for children, including games, contests, bonfires and marshmallow roasts, bingo, junior lifeguards, etc.

This is an owner direct rental through VRBO, so you pay only the VRBO fee and no additional rental agency fees. Always compare total cost and not just nightly rate.

A guest/amenities badge, for anyone age 4 and older, must be purchased upon check-in at Sea Colony. The fee is $15, $25 or $55 depending on the season and it cannot be collected by VRBO or the owner. Note to repeat guests: An exit cleaning fee is now collected separately from the rent as the new law, imposing a short-term rental tax, stipulates that cleaning fees are not subject to the tax.
Condo has granite kitchen countertops, undermount sink, high arch faucet with pullout, etc. New shower stall, new shower fixtures in both baths, new dishwasher, comfort height toilets, W/D and water heater in last 5 years. Has 4 flat panel TVs (one a 55"). Wired internet and WIFI available. Sleeping arrangement: queen in MBR, 2 twins in 2nd and 3rd BR, and queen sleepsofa in LR. You must bring you own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) or rent from an agency. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles during the summer season (although more may be rented if available). Reserved parking space is covered which is a great benefit on hot or rainy days. Sorry, no smoking in entire building or pets allowed.

We had a great time at Richard's condo in Sea Colony. Location in related to pool and beach could not be better, and the unit was clean and comfortable. Having to bring our own sheets and bath towels was a bit of a nuisance, but I see where it made sense for the owner. And the kitchen was well furnished with cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. without being overcrowded. I definitely would want to stay here if we return next year!

Great Getaway

The property is well represented in the photos. Was clean, and, smelled clean too. So easy to walk down one flight of stairs to the promenade and head right to the beach. Dick is a wonderful host - incredibly fast to reply to any question or request. Our family of four (including two teens) had plenty of room and loved our stay. Thank you !

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. There was a little confusion because when we checked in they told us it was ready but the cleaners were just getting there. They were very accommodating and we worked it out.
