perfect, perfect perfect, exceptional, everything from the bed comfortable like home, kitchen ready to bake or prepaid a nice dinner, you want to grill a steak great back yard and grill at your service. Like movies perfect Tv is smart and prime and Netflix ready. Clean yes it was spotless, A/C worked great. Location was one that doesn’t require a car if you like to walk. Everything you need a couple of blocks away. LOVED IT.

Great very accommodating hosts that replied quickly to inquiries, driveway allowed us to park our 24 foot long van with plenty of extra space. Very close to many restaurants.

I booked this unit for a family trip. I’ll start with the positives. The host were very helpful, and went above and beyond to provide help and services. The unit was definitely clean and well decorated.
The negatives: The building has significant structural issues. There were major cracks in the walls throughout the home. To the point that we had challenges opening and closing the front door. Seems as though the foundation had shifted and we weren’t sure structurally it was safe to stay in. Another major negative, this location is directly under a major flight path. We heard planes flying over all day and night. Lastly, in the Primary bedroom, there was a large opening in the floorboards in the closet that led to a rather dark and scary crawlspace underneath the home. This was not latched or locked. We have two small children under the age of five and found it a bit unnerving to have something that could be such a potential hazard and danger to small children unsecured specially for a unit that is listed as family friendly. It also left us feeling rather unsafe on what else may be accessible to our unit that we weren’t aware of.
Overall had a positive experience, but felt it appropriate to share some of the challenges that we experienced for those who may be looking to book this unit specifically for family.
I am originally from Missouri and my husband, Duy, from California. We have made Texas our home for the past 9 years. We have 2 beautiful children, Emma and Noah.
We love to travel. I also have a background in clinical research and have seen my fair share of hotels on business trips, but many just did not have a home-like feel. As a host, I want my fellow travelers feel our property to be a home away from home.
Why they chose this property
In other cities, the Downtown area is always the most popular area for professionals; cities like NYC, LA and Chicago for example. Dallas is different in this respect. Uptown Dallas is unique in that it encompasses a lifestyle around business, culture and entertainment for young professionals, which does not exist downtown. Uptown Dallas is where professionals just out of college prefer to be; once they experience Uptown Dallas they end up staying and loving it.
