The Campus Cottage - Walkable to OU Campus

This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just northwest of The University of Oklahoma. The Campus Cottage is found in the heart of Norman - only a .5 mile distance from Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner, making for a great game day location. Come home to one king, memory foam mattress, a quaint living area, and a backyard deck area.

The design pieces have been thoughtfully chosen with the idea of fun and restfulness in mind. The neighborhood this cottage is found in pleases the exciting campus experience, while the inside of this home proves to be a comforting place to eat, sleep, chat and chill. Soft and simple tones, with added warm touches of color, really do well to create an inviting atmosphere. The Campus Cottage is meant to be a part of your experience, not just a place to sleep! Spend some time with your friends and family, a cup of coffee in the morning, or a drink in the evening on the backyard deck, and bask in the free-and-easy lifestyle this home will express.

The entrance to The Campus Cottage will be found on Flood Avenue. You will pull into a shared, natural parking space. Be cautious, as this is a steep driveway. The space is shared with a black house that has a horizontal cedar fence.

• Because of the shared parking spot, please only park parallel to the front entrance of The Campus Cottage lining up with the center sidewalk leading to the duplex entrance. We have space to accommodate two (2) vehicles, one parked directly next to each other. If you end up blocking our neighbor's parking space, we will message you and ask you to park according to these guidelines.

• Street parking is not available.

Check In and Check Out
We do NOT accommodate Early Check In's or Late Check Out's.
This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the cabin in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding!
Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check In's and/or Late Check Out's will result in extra fees.


Pets
Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs.
We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you!
We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up.
We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.

Security cameras are ON at all times.

-COVID-19 and Flu Season
In the wake of COVID-19 and its variants, if during your stay you or one of your group members begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19 or the seasonal flu, we ask that you send us a courtesy message prior to your Check Out. This will allow us to make our Sanitation Team aware in order to carry out special COVID-19 sanitation protocols, as well as protect themselves from exposure while carrying out their duties. We truly appreciate your willingness to cooperate with this policy! Safety is of utmost importance to us!
