Chalet all day! With three spacious bedrooms, this comfortable home sleeps six and is conveniently located just minutes from Sugarloaf. This is the perfect place for a great stay with family and/or friends; there is something for everyone here!

Walk right out the door and start your adventure! Being steps away from the Carrabassett River, hiking & biking trails, and a short drive to Flagstaff Lake you really can do it all. Bring your ATVs, fishing gear, paddle boats, floats, mountain bikes, swim suits and boat! There is fun for all ages, even a public park equipped with a playground, basketball & tennis courts!

Need to work remotely? Do the kids have summer reading to finish? Not to fret! There is a murphy desk equipped with a desk lamp and free WiFi that extends throughout the house.

There’s plenty of space at the dining table to serve everyone whether it’s a special holiday or just a low-key “dinner in” kind of night.

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. It is a 10-15 minute drive from Sugarloaf and within walking distance of Tufulio's Restaurant & Bar. Hannah is very responsive and the house instructions are very straightforward. We would love to come back again.

A perfect home for a magical winter stay

Hannah’s home is a tranquil respite from the noise of the outside world. Fantastic location with walking distant of a wonderful restaurant and mere minutes from the downhill thrills of Sugarloaf. Location is tucked away, nestled in the forest, but just minutes away from all the activities that make the Carrabasset Valley such a special place in Maine.

Cozy Chalet with easy drive to Sugarloaf!

The house was ready for us an hour before check in, which was great! Hannah was very responsive, helpful and friendly during every exchange. The house can sleep 6, but as a family with two 18yr olds, it was comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen could use larger serving bowls and pots to cook/heat up something that could feed an adult family of 4. There were pots and pans and dishes, just nothing large. Otherwise, it truly is a cozy chalet with plenty of heat and hot water in the shower to clean/warm up after a day of skiing. Our kids and pups were all very relaxed! Thank you!

This place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood & not far from Sugarloaf. The owner is excellent to work with & very accommodating. We would definitely go back again.

Being an outdoor enthusiast, Carrabassett Valley has been my home away from home for a while [Sugarloafer since '94]! Former competitive snowboard, currently enjoying all the area has to offer. I love sharing my home with people in hopes it brings them fun adventures and lifelong memories.

Why they chose this property

You will just feel right at home when you walk through the door. Something about that cozy '80s architecture with that mid-century modern flair and colors. The propane fireplace always seems to just bring everyone together for a movie, game night or home cooked meal. You'll have to just experience it to believe it!
