Enjoy the ultimate mountain getaway in this bright and cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo located in Gondola Village, which is right on the Whiffletree chairlift at Sugarloaf. Step out your door and onto the slopes—no driving or shuttles required!
The 1 bedroom condo features a comfortable open layout with plenty of natural light and beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The living area/dining area includes generous lounge space to relax at the end of a day of skiing/boarding. Watch mountain fireworks from the comfort and warmth of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in and the dining area offers seating for six.
The bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed with twin beds as well as soft linens and ample storage while the full bathroom is stocked with towels and essentials.
Located next to the CVA Competition Center and Base Lodge, you’ll be steps from all the action—lifts, lessons, dining, and après-ski fun. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, golf, and mountain biking right outside your door.

This condo is the perfect slope side place for a couple/small family/ group of friends. You are literally right on the mountain, a stones throw from the whiffletree lift and a short walk from the base lodge and super quad of Sugarloaf. Our 4 night stay was amazing, with all the dining and entertainment options we needed a walk a way. No need to drive! If you want to soak in the vibes of my new favorite mountain from a lovely ski in ski out condo, look no further! Great hosts, great place, amazing views, seconds walk to the lift line.

Great stay! Clean with anything you might need. Beds were comfy. Steam shower was a nice feature. Location here was everything. Right at the bottom of whiffletree lift, and 2 minute walk to restaurants. Very convenient to easily pop in and out of the condo. Hosts were excellent, getting right back to me with any questions. Would 100% stay here again.
