This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse plus loft offers approximately 2,000 sq ft of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests—ideal for large families, group getaways, or multi-generational stays.

🚤 DOCK ACCESS
Dock access is provided by the Pelican Landing Condominium Association and is subject to availability, maintenance, and repairs. Please refer to the Dock Construction Notice for details regarding temporary dock closures and related amenity interruptions during scheduled construction periods.
Outside of scheduled construction periods, guests may enjoy dock access including a private boat slip with fresh water, power, a covered fish cleaning station, and access to a commercial ice maker on-site.

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the waterfront Penthouse condo and all its amenities! Guests have full use of the entire 2000 sqft unit, including the four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living room with water views. Step out onto the oversized balcony to soak in the endless water views or enjoy the sunset from the private balcony. On-site, you'll have access to the heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar with grills, and parking. An elevator provides secure access to the unit. Boat owners can utilize the boat slip, fish cleaning station, and commercial ice machine. Adjacent to the property, you'll find a large park with tennis courts. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the condo.
The Neighborhood:
Key West is where the tropics meet southern charm—a vibrant island at the southernmost tip of the U.S., known for its colorful sunsets, quirky characters, rich history, and laid-back lifestyle. It's a place where roosters roam freely, everyone travels by bike or scooter, and every hour feels like happy hour. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But there’s just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. The base rate covers up to 10 registered guests. Guests #11 and above incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for two vehicles, which may include a golf cart if rented.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

They follow local noise guidelines, and we work closely with their managers so please always let us know during your stay if anything needs adjustment.
What a great property! Clean, spacious, modern appliances with fabulous outdoor spaces overlooking the water, pool, and tiki bar. Minutes from all the bars, restaurants, and downtown fun. We were eight adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend this property, the ownership very professional, kind, and pleasant to deal with.
The condo was very clean and a large enough space for 12 people. The balcony has a great view and the pool/tiki bar area is awesome. Would definitely recommend for a group trip!

Our stay was wonderful. The views are gorgeous, the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, the decor was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We will absolutely be sure to stay here again the next time we are in Key West.

Great place. Only minor issue was I left two voicemails for a call back that I never heard back from Anthony.
We came for a family outing and absolutely loved the property and location! It was a fabulous weekend. The unit had so much space and everyone got their own bed.
We will absolutely stay here again. Great communication before & after our stay. Clean home. Easy access to dock/ free ice. Publix/ restaurants all quick to get to via golf cart. Clear instructions for check in/check out. Looking forward to next year!
We were traveling with "old" friends (50+ years of friendship) and wanted a place that would afford us space to socialize and spend time to together, as well as be convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Key West. This condo was just the ticket for us. It is a beautiful condo, in a great location, fully equipped with all the necessitates. Thanks for a great stay.
