Outside of scheduled construction periods, guests may enjoy a private boat slip with fresh water, power, a covered fish cleaning station, and access to a commercial ice maker on-site.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire 1200 sq ft condo, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining area. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the marina and heated pool, with direct stair access to the docks. Utilize the on-site amenities such as the heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar, BBQ grills, and free parking. A private elevator ensures easy access to the condo floor. You're also welcome to enjoy the adjacent park with tennis courts.

Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

Host was great. Very accommodating. We were able to store our bags on our departure day. Made our stay easier since we were not leaving on the ferry until 4pm. The location was perfect, the condo was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The property manager was nice and also helpful. There is a nice pool and deck area but the weather was a little too cool to use that.

Our stay was very close to everything we wanted to do. I have a terminal illness but still enjoyed every minute. My favorite was that there was a tv and fan in my room.
Convenient yet quiet with parking for a golf cart!
We had 5 adult women stay and the 2 bedrooms and two baths were great with plenty of space. We loved the option to be able to rent an electric golf cart and plug it in without issue at the property. The balcony is very spacious and offers quick access to the pool. Despite the heat outside the condo was cool and comfortable! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is convenient yet quiet!
