Beautiful Updated 2 bed/2 bath Oceanfront Home with a beautiful UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF OCEAN, GARAGE PARKING, and OCEANFRONT PATIO. This home includes 2 Queen Beds & 1 Twin Trundle Bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room table that seats 6. The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Built in BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, and the best sunset views you can imagine. If you want to fall asleep to the ocean waves you have come to the right spot.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Check-out is at 10:00am to allow enough time to clean and accommodate for our next guests. Please wash all pots, pans, and dishes you used. If using the dishwasher, pods are under the sink.
Linens should be left on the bed and our cleaner will remove and wash.
Kitchen garbage must be tied and placed outside the door upon departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Group parties, events and loud music are strictly prohibited. We want you to enjoy your time, but please keep all partying at the local bars.Thank you

Best rental property on the boardwalk!

I have stayed in dozens of rental properties on the boardwalk and this is by far the best property which has an amazing location, clean with amazing comfort all around. Property management was professional and accommodating!

Great location. Easy access to beach, restaurants. Nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen. A bonus is Handel’s ice cream right next door. Bring it upstairs to eat on the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was instant communication with the host. Games and beach gear were provided. The property was accurately represented in listing.

Great location & view!

Great communication and very accommodating property manager & owner! The location is fabulous -- close to bars, restaurants, market, etc. with a large patio overlooking the boardwalk, NB Pier parking, and the Pacific Ocean. Nicely furnished with a great kitchen, TV, and comfortable sofa (and beds). AC in bedrooms is a plus for sure especially in summertime. Most NB rentals miss the details as they know they can rent in the summer and do very little. While not critical, I would say this location could have been stocked better for the price w/ basics (TP, PT, ice). They did provide items when I asked so it was fine. The carpets were clean, but very stained, and extra "stuff in closets that should just be tossed to cut down on dust, and clutter. I've stayed in a lot of places all over the peninsula and this was a great one that I would recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great week!
