Fantastic home - wonderful for our family of 7 that were there. With young kids, the artificial grass around the pool is a massive plus. Less risk of slipping / injury for them. Hot tub works great / heats up quickly - Grill worked great outside and had more than enough kitchen appliances to make at-home cooking easy.

The home had everything we needed and more! The location was great and close to everything. Plenty of beach accessories as well so you don’t have to worry about packing more. Patrick was very communicative. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Had an amazing trip with family. The home is as advertised and more. It’s a beautiful home in an amazing location. You are close to everything AMI has to offer but don’t lose your privacy. Our 3 year old loved the pool and it has many safety measure throughout the house to make sure little ones don’t sneak out there. We had a member of our family in a wheelchair and were able to use the entire property. The elevator is spacious and works quite fast. Look forward to a return in the future!

The property was a lovely spacious house in a quiet location and a short walk to Anna Maria pier and local restaurants. The house had everything that we expected - wonderful heated pool and spa, spacious balconies and outdoor sitting areas and a view over the Bay. The property was furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. It was also accessible to anyone with restricted mobility.

The place was amazing. Couple thoughts we had, was a garbage can out near pool would be useful. as we spent majority of our time there. We couldn't figure out how to turn the ceiling fans on outside.

Terrific home on AMI

We had a fabulous family stay at this amazing home on Tarpon Street! This was a top of the line experience in a spectacular setting. Lovely just to stay in and watch the boats coming and going on Bimini Bay, and to enjoy the pool and other amenities this home has to offer. Walking distance to Pine, the bay and the beaches. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen, with wonderful outdoor spaces. Nice big dining table for everyone to crowd around. The only discrepancy in the listing was that the twin and queen room bathrooms were not en-suite. All in all a thoughtfully designed home with many special features and finishes. Highly recommend- five stars!

We had such a great experience! The house is amazing, so much space, pool and dock provided endless entertainment!! Location is quiet but so easy to access piers and ice cream! Excellent and would definitely come again
