This is a clean, modern, and well-equipped property in New Orleans. We arrived early and the host was kind to allow us check-in earlier. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood as well (contrary to what I assumed as houses were pretty close to each other). Though you may hear the sound of the train at night, it wasn't disturbing. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. I recommend this property!!

Modern Memorable Condo

Overall our stay was amazing . We were in NOLA for a family reunion celebration. We loved the condo it was beautifully decorated , extremely clean and the property manager instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The welcome basket was a nice touch which also included a list of near by restaurants and things to do. We will definitely stay here again .

Why they chose this property

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !

What makes this property unique

This complex only has 7 total units. Off street gated parking with a reserved parking space is rare in New Orleans and lends itself to safe entry and exit to the property. Directly across the street from this property is Crescent Park. It is a 1 mile beautifully landscaped park along the Mississippi River that lead directly to the entrance of the French Quarter.
