The home was large and beautiful! Gorgeous windows and patio was so cozy and really enjoyed our pool time. This was our first time coming to Florida over spring break instead of the summer and didn't realize how cool it could change coming from Texas. The management was very attentive to our needs and every vrbo has minor hiccups. It a nothing that ruined our stay and I would highly recommend this place for location! Perfect pig is a must to try and all the little places in walking distance.

We loved our stay at Magnolia Retreat!!! The house was very clean and spacious and overall our stay here was a great experience! We loved the area and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops! Having the golf cart was an awesome perk and made getting around so convenient and easy. Lynn was such a kind and helpful host and was always responsive and gracious with all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The pictures are spot on! We had a large family group with a variety of ages and there is tons of space for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed — plus thoughtful extras like beach toys and chairs, which made our beach days even better. The golf cart was so helpful to get around the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach(roughly a 6-8 min walk). Parking lot at beach was good and there is street parking in the area that is helpful when the lot fills up. Lynn (the host) communication was excellent throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family friendly beach getaway and would happily stay here again! We will be back next time for sure! We all loved it!

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Retreat and was blown away by the luxury and space of the property. The kitchen was absolutely stunning, with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of room to cook and entertain. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Overall, I would give them a solid five stars and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beach getaway!

Beautiful House, Awesome location, Responsive Host!

This was one of our best VRBO experiences! We really haven’t had a bad one yet but this was really outstanding. Our host got back to us immediately with any questions we had. House and pool were fantastic, pool heat worked great, great location, golf cart was awesome. No complaints! Hope to be back soon.

The Perfect House!

This home was spectacular!! We loved everything about it; just to name a few the design, location, and amenities. There was plenty of room for our large group and we really got to enjoy every space in the home. The hosts were super accommodating and super responsive through email and text. The location of the home was very close to the beach and having the golf cart at our disposal was super convenient. We will definitely be returning to this home in the near future!

For the price, a lot of the items in the house were pretty cheap and not well cared for. The pool towels felt like they were from the dollar store. We were also not provided enough bathing towels. One of the loungers by the pool broke and they didn't fix it while we were there. They also had a lot of stuff in the garage that was for us to take out to the beach but was broken. I hauled out two chairs to the beach to find them rusted and broken.

WOW!

Magnolia Retreat is perfect! From listing, to check-in, to condition of property, to check-out, it was flawless! The property is just as described. Having experienced deceptive photos of other properties, we were amazed at the huge living area! The kitchen and living area were perfect for our group of 7 adults - plenty of sitting room, plenty of "spreading out" room. We congregated in the kitchen a lot! The outdoor living area was icing on the cake, and the pool was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Nice, large beach towels are even provided! A private bath for each bedroom was definitely a selling point and helped to make our week even more comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil and cooking item we needed. We didn't even need the few things we brought from home! The golf cart was super! We could have left our car parked all week if we had wanted. No need to bring pool toys or beach equipment - it's all there! In the words of our grown daughter, "Let's find out when this place is available, and plan our next trip around that!" We will certainly be repeat customers!
