Ground floor unit, steps away from community pool, ample parking, fishing off the back dock, and best of all - walking distance to Sombrero Beach (no competing for beach parking)! Condo also boasts a new kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/etc., 65” TV with multiple streaming services, Bose stereo speaker, and high-speed internet. Clothes washers & dryers available on property. Everything you could hope for

Awesome rental! Had absolutely everything and everything was new. Only three tenths of a mile to Sombrero Beach. 4.5 min. walk, I timed it. Communication with owner was a breeze. They even drove down from Ft. Lauderdale to adjust the hot water tank up a couple degrees for us. No problems, that’s service! Mile and a half to Publix but we shopped at the Winn Dixie next door to Publix because they had better pricing. This unit is an Outstanding value for Marathon. Friendly neighborhood with everyone sharing the sidewalks. Yes was the occasional youngster buzzing by on electric scooters but they keep things under control, mostly. I prefer Marathon over Key West. In Key West you are a tourist in an overcrowded, overpriced zoo but in Marathon you can kick back and truly live your dream.
