Ground floor unit, steps away from community pool*, ample parking, fishing off the back dock, and best of all - walking distance to Sombrero Beach (no competing for beach parking)! Condo also boasts a new kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/etc., 65” TV with multiple streaming services, Bose stereo speaker, and high-speed internet. Clothes washers & dryers available on property. Non-smoking unit. One pet allowed for 30 day minimum rental. Please note, no dockage or trailer parking is available on property.
