Burbank Luxury 2-Story Home with Amazing Views!!!

Welcome home to this quaint and completely remodeled 2 bedroom (two-story) single family home in the heart of Burbank. Located just North of Glenoaks Boulevard, this home offers the comfort, amenities and luxury you deserve!
On the open main level, there`s a 1/2 bath, a dream kitchen and an open living room extending to the exterior grounds. There are 2 bedroom conveniently (and privately) located upstairs with their own baths. Within close proximity to the studios, Downtown Burbank and LA!

This home has a very open and convenient floor plan. It also has a very large (and deep) 2 car garage along with a separate washer and dryer.

We place a lot of attention and pride in all our properties. We are available for any recommendations during your stay.

This neighborhood is just awesome. Pride of ownership exudes throughout the street. Expect to hear a bit of traffic as this home is close to Glenoaks Blvd. (also convenient to get to and from your destination). With new dual pane windows and slider, this home is fairly quiet and comfortable inside.

Getting around is very simple. With Uber and Lyft being the more prominent transportation in the area, this home is very easy to get to. And if you`re driving, enjoy the incredibly large 2 car garage that`s conveniently attached to this home.

Cat fished property

What a disaster checked in and AC was off house was at 93 degrees and no hot water also. Management came out the next day and had to replace the hot water heater. AC was not working properly only cooled the house down at night when it wasn’t hot outside. AC did finally get fixed last day of my stay however had to endure 2 days without AC not working. It’s the first house on a main intersection also so incredibly loud and noisy. Avoid this house at all costs
