Fix steaks and hamburgers on the grill while mom passes the potato salad through the convenient pass through window. Enjoy a football game or movie while floating in the pool. Watch your favorite show on the nice 42'' TV in the living room or in one of the bedrooms each supplied with its own TV.

Play with the kids in the nearby water park. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our freshwater canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping at one of the many malls from upscale Coconut Point to the handy Edison Mall.

Paradise on 36th

All the comforts of home. Lanai was great, large size, would be perfect for a family/ friends gathering. Master king bed was very comfortable. Chairs and sofa in the living room were nap inducing. The kitchen was equipped just like home! The yard is lovely and our pup enjoyed the freedom of the large fenced in area! We definitely recommend this home for a get-a-way!

Great Family Vacation

The home was so cute! The owner was always avalible if we had a question. The screened in pool and lanai made for a great place for us to hangout. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable Florida stay. The home is located in a very nice and quite community away from the busyness of cities. We will definetly considering staying here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and we had a very large age range of adults staying, 21-80 and all were impressed. We especially loved that there was anything that we could possibly need at the house, even some kitchen essentials like spices, sugar, coffee filters etc. it made it just so much easier! Thank you for sharing your house, we loved it!

A very nice say excellent property

During my stay I was very happy with the rental. Very clean and had everything one would want .I mainly used it to sleep. Was there for a family summer get together. But anything I used sat TV wi-fi all worked fine. Would probably book it for next summer. Carol the manager was available if needed.

Beautiful home

The homeowner was wonderful, she responded quickly to any questions. When we walked into the home it wasn't very clean and very clear that she takes pride in her home. She even left us a bottle of wine, chocolates, and fresh flowers. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and even containers for leftovers. This home was great for my family of 5 because it was so spacious. The pool was great also. I would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in Cape Coral.

Rental house

This is the first time that my wife and I have rented a house. Not knowing what to expect fully, this house is great verses a motel/hotel. We really liked having the space to be able to just stretch out and relax, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic. We couldn’t ask for a cleaner house. The only downside is that we only got to use the pool once as the weather was on cool side. Can’t wait to go back again sometime in the future.

This is the one!

If you're considering a rental in this area, do not look any further - THIS IS THE ONE!! We were looking for a place to stay for just a couple of days that had a pool and luckily we came across this listing. The transaction with Carol was the easiest I've ever experienced on VRBO. We were so happy to see that the house was exceptionally clean and cozy and the pool was AMAZING!! I was in heaven - lounging in the pool and watching the outside TV while my husband cooked some steaks on the grill. I can't say enough good things about this rental - best one so far!! Highly recommend - Thanks Carol :)

Nice place

Overall nice property. Decor kinda dated but clean and fresh.Would suggest not asking your guest to practically clean the whole house including wash and fold towels and leave the house as you found it and still charge a cleaning fee. We never leave properties a mess after staying but for the host to put in the rules to wash and fold towels and still charge a cleaning fee is ridiculous. Things like this will make us not rent here again. But we did as asked and left the home like we found it. mess after

Relaxing Vacation

We rented this lovely home for two weeks. The home was perfect in every way. I loved the layout of the home with the bedrooms separated by the living room, dining and kitchen. The master bedroom was very spacious and access to the outdoor pool. We have rented several homes and this was by far the best stocked kitchen, pool and beach essentials, etc. Carol was very easy to communicate with and always answered in a timely manner. Carol had great instructions for the home to make your stay easy as possible. The home is in a quiet subdivision so this is not for party people. We drove to Sanibel Island several times for beach time. The island is still recovering from last years hurricane but have several public beach areas open. Cape Coral has a great selection of restaurants to satisfy your cravings! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation home this is it!

Check in was easy. Everything about the house was very nice and clean. The pool was nice did have to skim about an hour before each swim. Pool guy showed up but didn't clean the pool, very dirty on the bottom of pool. Other than that, the house had everything you needed. Woul definitely recommend!!

Propery was nice.We had a small issue with the ac our first night - Carol was right on top of and fixed promptly the next day.Krab Hut was our go to crab joint...The area was perfect for what we wanted to do during our two week stay.

What a fabulous rental home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cape Coral property. We're no longer "go-go-go on vacation" kind of people. More the "stay and relax" kind of people, but this home would also be perfect for folks with young children that would enjoy the pool. For us older folks, we appreciated the single level ranch style home and the "step-in" shower is perfect. The attached garage for parking the car inside was very nice, though the neighborhood seems very safe (middle school right nearby). Very well supplied with everything we wanted. And I can't leave out how we appreciate the decor - very well maintained and cared for home. If we're ever back in the area, we're staying here!

Why they chose this property

The owners vacationed in Cape Coral for many years before purchasing this home. They made great effort in choosing an area that is pleasant and convenient. With the south facing pool and solar panels, the pool is heated without the expense of a pool heater. You can enjoy the lanai, pool, and grill while being protected from the north wind on cool days.

A port a crib and high chair are provided for little ones as well as a safety fence for the pool. Be sure to specify if you have little ones 6 or under so the fence can be installed prior to your arrival.

Bedrooms include one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with twin beds. There is also a very nice blow up queen matress for extra guests.

WiFi is also available.
