The O’ Quinn

We had a Terrific time at this cabin! Jeff was very easy to contact, the property was clean and had everything you would think of and some you didn’t! More than enough room for everyone, very quite. It was right down the road from a low water creek that was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!!!

Location is definitely out there, further then map made it seem for sure. Keeping in mind the home is older, it definitely could have used some cleaning. Outside area with hot tub was nice however unable to use blackstone to cook due to rusting. Also advertised as 2 acres, however the area fenced in seems to be about 1/2 acre with several surrounding homes, leaving it confusing as to where you should or shouldn’t be.

Great!

Everything was great , just one suggestion. I didn’t screenshot the info and by the time we got to the property I didn’t have WiFi or phone signal we had to drive away from the property to get it. Should just give heads up! Other than that little aventure it was fun ! Thank you!!!!

4/10 Poor

Plenty of brown recluse spiders, dead bugs in and on various surfaces, rotted away wood, cobwebs, what we're pretty sure was mold on the ceiling, and bags of trash left on the back patio when we arrived. At one point a stove burner turned itself on full blast (while the sensors indicated the stove was off and not hot) and took a lot of troubleshooting to turn off.
